-Applicants must be from registered 501(c)3 non-profit organizations that serve low/moderate income individuals and families
-An organization and program must be in operation for a minimum of 2 years and be able to show a history of success
-Prior to proceeding with the online grant application, you will be directed to our eligibility quiz
-Grants do not renew year over year and must be applied for annually
-If applying for funding related to an event, please make your submission 6-8 weeks prior to event date
-Due to the volume of applications we receive, kindly refrain from calling or emailing regarding the status of your application. We will contact you if additional information is necessary and you will be notified as soon as a decision has been made
